….the BBC have discovered Plant Heritage. This week we have had more filming in the marquee than ever before, with Alys Fowler and Jo Swift both buying seeds and commenting on the collections. Jo made one visitor’s day by signing her show catalogue.

Roger Parsons (Lathyrus), Barry Clarke (Lobelia) and Jane Lindsay (Passiflora) have been interviewed and Joanna has done several live radio interviews. Programmes will be aired this evening (Thursday) and tomorrow; it will be interesting to see what makes the final edit and I have promised Roger a prize if his mention of Plant Heritage stays in.
